RETURNS & EXCHANGE
You have 2 working days to exchange any items once being in receipt of your order.
We kindly ask you not to tamper with or remove any packaging, protective coverings, or tags as KHB will not accept any items used or worn.
Wigs can be tried on with a wig cap which will be supplied with your order for hygiene purposes.
Request for credit notes/exchanges will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your items.
Hair that has been dyed by clients or KHB is non-refundable.
If we are unable to accommodate your preferred time i.e standard or express exchange date you will be given a refund for any extra charges incurred. 50% of your booking deposit will be refunded for any cancellations/rescheduling made by a customer. If any bookings are cancelled by KHB we will reschedule a suitable date. We strongly suggest that you thoroughly inspect and examine the hair i.e show a hairstylist that specializes in human hair wefts and lace systems if unsure, while it's in its original packaging making sure you are satisfied with the product.
Final sales items and free gifts can not be returned. Gift cards are not applicable for refund or exchange. Coupons can not be used on already-sale items.

Remember to photocopy the invoice provided and add it to your package when returning. Notify us via email with the tracking number on the same day of receiving it to avoid any delays in processing your returns.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £75, you should consider using a recognisable shipping courier service that features full tracking, signature on delivery, guaranteed next-day delivery by 1pm, or your money back, compensation cover up to £500.
CREDIT NOTES
Credit notes are available to customers who want the option to exchange or refund. The credit note will be given in a form of a voucher that can only be used once to shop online and in our showroom.
Please bear in mind that credit notes, and vouchers are non-refundable or redeemable for cash or can not be used on sale items. Read carefully before using this Voucher as it will expire after 30 days from the date given.
Any credit notes which are not used before the expiry date will no longer be valid.
Credit notes will be activated once a customer query has been logged. Please ensure any items you wish to return have not had their original packaging, protective coverings, or tags removed as they will not be accepted or exchanged.

PROMOTIONS
If you've been selected to promote our brand someone from KHB will be in contact with you.
We will update you with a unique promotional discount code were other potential buyers can use and gain further discounts via your Instagram page.
Collabs/Promotional items can be given at a discounted price of £50 or more, wholesale price, or gifted.
This means you are required to share clear videos with KHB and any pictures taken with our products.
Tag us using our hashtags #YourBeautyOurDuty #HairIsOurDuty within 7-14 days. Please be advised we will have all rights to the picture or video content under these terms.
Collabs and promo will start once the agreement by both parties is satisfied. A picture must be taken to show items are in good condition once received after delivery.
These guidelines must be followed or you will be liable for any damaged or tampered items and will be charged for the full cost of the item if you breach this agreement.
We will send an invoice, payments must be made within 2 working days for the promotional item given. If this is not followed further actions can be taken.
BOOKING POLICY
Remember to leave booking time in notes during checkout to avoid any delays in processing your order. This will only apply if a customer has booked first for a nominated time slot before adding to the basket otherwise please select these services at the checkout.
Please note depending on the postcode additional charges may apply this will be calculated at checkout. Service area restrictions may apply to some of these services this will also be calculated at checkout
